error: blind_monitor user does not have permission to blind monitor

Enable Blind Monitor Goautodial:-

The user must signed in the soft phone to receive the monitoring call 

 Go to the User Setting and Enable these two parameters for the specific user:-
  • View Reports  (0 to 1)
  • Agent API access (0 to 1)
