After installation vicidial found this error when copy, create any file or directory in the connected ftp with cronarchive user,
permission for the user is good. ownership of the directory is good too.
after lot of googling found very simple change the the vsftpd.conf file.
just open this file and make little changes.
# vi /etc/vsftpd.conf
uncoment the the following line
write-enable=YES
then restart the vsftpd service.
its works fine.
